Geographic Information System (GIS) Training and Capacity Building Contract

The Training was part of the shelter and infrastructure program in the areas of return and internal displacement, and within the targeted outcomes of enhancing capacities and competencies. The mission was to support MOLAE’s plan to enhance the technical skills capacity of people who are managing and supervising shelter and infrastructure projects. IDEAL's consultants planned to reach the designed outcomes for the program. The designed materials covered the theory and concept behind, spatial entry, using ArcMap and building geodatabase structure hands-on activities, georeferencing images and digitizing features. A final report was submitted including the implementation process, findings, recommendations and pre/post assessment result analysis.
