IDEAL (International Development of Education and Leadership) is a consulting firm that offers high-quality services and solutions to educational institutions, organizations, and corporations throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
We, at IDEAL, are committed to providing appropriate consultancy services, research, capacity building, and attaining an adequate institutional and business level, as well as re-engineering, curriculum and digital resource design, information system development, and optimal network infrastructures. We have been interested in developing educational institutions at multiple levels through the techniques of impactful career planning, counseling, and psychosocial support that are structured to be context-appropriate towards the selected target community. Given our comprehensive developmental approach, we acknowledge that sustainable development is heavily reliant on selecting the right individual to operate within the profession that matches his or her qualifications, competencies, and personal preferences.
We represent our innovative services using a methodology that accurately analyzes requirements, explicitly states objectives, systematically plans, develops, and implements solutions with ongoing formative evaluations, and ultimately monitors effectiveness using a comprehensive assessment process.
In order to implement our vision, we intend to work collaboratively with worldwide non-profit and for-profit organizations in a community of practice approach that allows us to create a workplace environment that does well in helping to improve our own qualifications through sharing knowledge, education, culture, professional opportunities, and relevant expertise, based on our level of integrity, reliability, and inventiveness.
