The purpose of the project was to improve the resilience and protection of the most vulnerable persons with disabilities and their families, both refugees and host communities, in the Bekaa Valley. the objectives lies within developing, designing, planning, carrying out and presenting a needs assessment targeting the families of persons with disabilities amidst the current multilayered crisis. The needs assessment will provide the criteria needed to inform the selection process of the beneficiaries of the cash assistant program and to pre identify those in need for psychosocial support and at risk or survival of gender-based violence among 1700 families.
