According to the “Education Strategy Consultancy service” requirements,  IDEAL’s mission is to support IRC team in setting an Education Strategy for the Iraq country program to effectively position for upcoming opportunities that advance IRC’s education and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) outcomes, capitalizing on the organization’s humanitarian expertise and concretely identifying its added value in the development field.  This consultancy will lead IRC team to have a clear roadmap for the best way to implement of Early Child Development Programs (ECD) in Iraq through a strategic plan as a final output. To reach this output, the assignment requires to run through several interconnected phases.
